On 22 July 2021, TMH handed over two two-car Class EP2D EMUs to YuKZhD.
TMH is working on the new Class EP3D order.

On 8 May 2020, TMH announced that DMZ received a RS FZhT certificate of conformity for batch production of its Class EP2D EMUs with an enhanced service life of 40 years.
