Alstom And Bombardier Transportation Received Necessary Regulatory Approvals To Complete Their Fusion

On 1 December 2020, Alstom and Bombardier announced that all necessary regulatory approvals required to complete the sale of Bombardier Transportation to Alstom have been received. Both companies now expect the transaction to close on 29 January 2021.
