posted on 1st Aug 2013 23:21

On 30/31 July 2013 the six-car ET 305 destined for Bayerische Oberlandbahn (BOB) and being the first one to be built at Stadler’s Siedlce works, moved from Poland via the Czech Republic to Austria, for testing at the RTA Rail Tec Arsenal climatic tunnel. These photos, taken on 30 July, show the Meridian, hauled by Rail Polska’s 121.038 (ET05-R006) and Cargo Master’s diesel SM42-2429, approaching the border station at Petrovice u Karviné, and then waiting there for onward haulage to Břeclav by a ČD Cargo locomotive.
