On 27 October 1822 001 started test commercial operations in Slovenia, this being part of the type authorisation requirements for operation there. This photo, taken at Hrpelje-Kozina, shows it at the head of its first freight there, a Rail Cargo Carrier - Slovenia service from Koper to Austria, which 001 hauled as far as Ljubljana.
