D1M 001 Enters Service

CFM's modernised D1M DMU (see R 3/12, pp. 42 - 43) realised a testing programme on the Moldovan network, and on 27 July CFM started regular service with the train pair 801/802 between Chisinau and Ocnita. The photo shows D1M 001 at Chisinau on 27 June 2012, waiting to go on a test run.
