Griffin Enters The Czech Republic

On 3 August 2013 Newag Gliwice’s triple-voltage Griffin locomotive arrived at Chalupki border station, shown here on the 5th of the month. On the same day it was moved to the VUZ test centre Velim for type testing when operating off 25 and 15 kV AC. The third photo in the sequence shows E4MSU-001 being hauled by IDS Cargo’s 121.065 electric near Bohumín-Vrbice.
