New Metro Train For Kazan

On 5 December 2019 Metrovagonmash and Metroelektrotrans of Kazan signed a contract for the delivery of one four-car metro train for the Kazan metro. The train will be formed by two Model 81-765.4 powered end cars and two Model 81-766.4 powered intermediate cars. Delivery to the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan is scheduled for the first quarter of 2020. The train will be painted similarly as the Model 81-740.4/741.4 trains delivered by Metrovagonmash in 2012.
