Avelia AGV Fleet Achieved 100 million km In Italy

On 5 December 2019 an Alstom-built fleet of 25 Avelia AGV high speed trains, operated under the name Italo at a maximum speed of 300 km/h, has travelled a total of 100 million km since entering service in April 2012. The AGVs are operated by Italo (Nuovo Trasporto Viaggiatori), together with Avelia Pendolinos, connecting 25 Italian cities and 30 stations with 116 daily services.
