Vectron On Test In Slovakia

On 5 November 2014 European Locomotive Leasing’s Vectron MS, 193 214, started test runs in Slovakia, in connection with RegioJet’s plans to start up Bratislava to Košice express services, for which it is planned to hire ELL’s Vectrons. This photo was taken on 5 November between Šenkvice and Pezinok during the testing of communication between the on-board and wayside ETCS installations. Time is tight, with barely a month left now before the start of the service, with the introduction of the 2015 timetable on 14 December.
