DB’s Class 633 LINK Authorised

posted on 4th May 2020 11:41

In late April 2020 PESA announced that it was awarded an EBA authorisation for its Class 633 LINK DMU for DB produced for the Allgäu region. The EBA decision to award the technical approval for the three-car Class 633 LINKs dedicated to the Allgäu region enables the delivery of the last batch of 26 vehicles ordered by Deutsche Bahn. The first two of them left Bydgoszcz on 24 April 2020, heading for the DB Regio depot in Kempten.

„Despite the difficulties caused by the epidemic, we want to execute the plan for the supply and sale of vehicles for DB. After negotiations, we were able to solve the problem of clients' commissioners not being able to come to Bydgoszcz. The delivery of vehicles will be realised in two stages. The first stage takes place at PESA Bydgoszcz, the second one, already with the participation of DB commissioners in Kempten. We assume that all these LINKs will be delivered  by the end of September.” said Jacek Niedziela, DB Contract Manager at PESA.
