More Container Wagons For VTG Rail Russia

On 11 November 2021, Transmash (part of Transmashholding) has signed a contract for delivery of 250 Model 13-9744-06 wagons for containers and tank-containers with VTG Rail Russia, a company providing leasing services for its own rolling stock on the Russian market. 

The new wagons with a payload capacity of 73 t and a service life of 32 years, will start deliveries in coming weeks, with the final consignment to be handed over at the beginning of 2022.

Cooperation between Transmash and VTG Rail Russia began in 2019, when the Engels-based site has built 439 container wagons for this company.
