PJM has commissioned a new digital production facility

PJM launches a state-of-the-art production facility to manufacture the comprehensive digital system, which combines automatic brake testing with the in-depth monitoring of various freight wagon components. The new production hall will significantly increase production capacity and set a new standard in quality assurance. The previous production hall is used for development and prototyping.
The WaggonTracker system, which has brought rail freight transport into the digital age with unique intelligent train functions and the only automated brake testing system approved to date, is a testament to PJ Monitoring‘s technological prowess. PJM has also set new standards in the manufacture of the complete digital system at its Graz production site and has launched digital production. Key facts at a glance:
- End-to-end quality assurance: All components are integrated into the WaggonTracker system using digital work instructions and assessments at every stage of production,
- Digital wagon recort: Every WaggonTracker is traceable throughout its entire product lifecycle,
- 48-hour endurance test,
- 100% testing of every single system box,
- Scalable capacity: It is possible to increase production capacity quickly and easily.
- Modular design: Thanks to its modular design, the production line can be adapted quickly, even between different projects. he production line has a very short set-up time.
- During the commissioning process, the WaggonTracker box is approved using a digital commissioning protocol via tablet and QR code.
