Sever-1435 Diagnostic Vehicles For ŽSR

ŽSR is putting into operation a new type of diagnostic vehicles: two units with different designs (one railcar, one two-car DMU) and equipment have been ordered from the Russian company TVEMA in 2021, which calls them Sever-1435. The final assembly took place in the Czech Republic, as well as the subsequent approval process. On 16 March 2023, the Sever-1435 was used for a commissioning test run  between Bratislava and Trnava.

Previously, TVEMA had produced a similar diagnostic vehicle for Infrastruktura železnice Srbije, but a railcar, which was delivered in 2021.
