In mid-December 2020, OVK (UWC) announced that it will supply a batch of 360 flat wagons to inter-modal container operator Trans Sinergia (Trans Synergy) of Moskva. The new stock will enter the operator's fleet under a trilateral contract made between OVK, Trans Sinergia and GTLK (Gosudarstvennaya Transportnaya Lizingovaya Kompania, State Transport Leasing Company), the largest customer for innovative wagons in Russia.

The Model 13-6903 wagon is designed to carry containers, including refrigerated containers and tank containers, with a gross weight of up to 36 tonnes, and also large-capacity containers. The wagon is equipped with 25 t axle-load bogies and features a 74.5 t payload and a 80 ft loading length. The wagon is fitted with four fixed and ten movable container pins to enable transportation of removable containers in a variety of sizes.

GTLK is Russia's largest leasing company. It ensures the implementation of government support measures for the transport industry, and works to create efficient infrastructure, raise extra-budgetary investment, and develop the domestic machine-building industry, while also promoting digital transformation and the improvement of its operating efficiency. The sole shareholder of the company is the Russian Federation represented by the Ministry of Transport of Russia. As of 30 June 2020, the company's assets totalled 900 billion RUB (around 10 billion EUR).
