EffiShunter 1000s for DB Cargo Italia

On 29 May 2023, CZ LOKO announced that the next company to choose EffiShunter 1000 locomotives was DB Cargo Italia. The operator has ordered four new these diesel-electric locomotives, which will be designated Class D744 in Italy. The first two machines are due for delivery later this summer and the remaining two by the end of 2023.
