First Elron RegioPanter left the Czech Republic

On 5 April 2024, Škoda Group sent the first Type 21 Ev EMU from its work in Ostrava to the Estonian state operator Elron. However, it was loaded on trucks (on account of the war in Ukraine) and ran towards Riga in Latvia, where the (second) final assembly will take place. Subsequently the unit should start test runs in Estonia in June.
