First Vectron From The Second Batch For UNIDO

UNIPETROL DOPRAVA puts in service the first of the Vectrons from its second batch. At the end of August 2020, the company announced the order of four more machines, after 383.050 - 052. The new ones will be numbered 383.056 - 059.

The first of them arrived from Germany on 26 November 2020 and is now ready for operation. It is the first locomotive to wear the operator’s new brand, which reflects that Polish concern ORLEN is a 100 % owner of the UNIPETROL group. In line with this change, the Czech operator is to be renamed to Orlen Unipetrol Doprava.
