Leo Express's Przemyśl - Frankfurt (M) service on the entire route

On 31 July 2026, Leo Express began operating the entire international route for its Przemyśl, Ostrava, Praha, Dresden, Erfurt and Frankfurt am Main service. This train began operating on 25 June, but initially only between Frankfurt am Main and Bohumín, while buses were temporarily deployed in Poland due to the ongoing economic balance test carried out by the Polish Railway Authority UTK at the request of the PKP Intercity. The process has now been completed, so Leo Express has started operating by train to/from Przemyśl.
The operator states: "On the route runs air-conditioned cars with Wi-Fi and electrical outlets. Depending on demand, there is plan to increase the capacity to up to eight cars. The timetable may change on individual days depending on closures and construction work. (...) Leo Express has also newly included Economy Sleeper couchette car, which allows to comfortably complete a long part of the journey overnight and offer compartments for one to four passengers. The couchette car increased the capacity of the train by 32 seats. When booking, it is possible to choose a place in a mixed or ladies' compartment. Breakfast is included in the ticket price. Passengers also have seats in the Business class."
