The state-owned Azerbaijani operator ADY (Azərbaycan Dəmir Yolları) ordered ten five-car FLIRTs from Stadler on 27 November 2019, four DMUs for medium-distance transport and six EMUs, three of which are also for medium-distance transport and three for regional transport.
On 1 July 2024, the first KISS for ÖBB arrived at the VUZ Velim test centre.
