On 11 October 2023 CAT (City Airport Train) of Wien has ordered three five-car KISS EMUs from Stadler.
After the tests at the VUZ Velim centre, unit 561.002 was transported from Velim to Kúty in Slovakia on 2 August 2023.
On 17 July 2023, following approval by the BAV (Bundesamt für Verkehr) SBB put the first six-car KISS double-deck EMUs of the new Class RABe 512 into service.
On 18 July 2023 at 14.45 h the vehicles during the shunting manouevres (the VUZ locomotive with TRAXXes) collided with a parked KISS on the VUZ test circuit.

Final assembly of the KISS EMUs for ZSSK is underway at the Stadler Siedlce works since summer of 2022.
On 1 October 2022, MÁV-START announced that it had taken delivery of the 40th and final Class 815 EMU from Stadler.
On 6 April 2022, Stadler and ÖBB signed a contract for delivery of 41 KISS EMUs.
